Love the hazelnut coffee!

Oh man, I just tried their hazelnut coffee and it's incredible! It has such a rich, warm flavor, exactly what I was hoping for. The beans arrived super fresh and the aroma when I opened the bag was just amazing. I brewed it in my French press and it was perfect. I'm already planning my next order, probably going to try the vanilla coffee next. Seriously, if you like flavored coffee, give this a try!

Smooth process, good coffee

I placed an order for their high caffeine coffee and a coffee tumbler. The website was straightforward to navigate, and checkout was quick. Shipping took about 5 business days to reach my address in Texas, which was within the estimated window. Both items arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The coffee has a robust flavor, just as described, and the tumbler feels very durable. I haven't had any issues with the order, so I haven't needed to contact support. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

Great value on sampler

I was looking for a good deal on coffee and decided to try Blackout Coffee's sampler pack. I managed to get a nice discount for being a new customer, which saved me a few bucks. The variety was good, and the price point felt really fair for what I got. Definitely worth it for trying out different roasts without breaking the bank.

Decent coffee, slow delivery

I bought some blueberry crumble coffee and it tasted pretty good, strong flavor. The ordering process was simple enough. My only real gripe was that it took a bit longer to get here than I expected, almost a week, even though I'm not that far from their roasting location. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delay, but the shipping still felt a little slow. Overall, a good product, but they could probably speed up the delivery side of things.

Good coffee, easy order

I got some Blackout Coffee espresso beans last week. It was pretty easy to order online, just a few clicks. The coffee tasted good, no complaints there. Arrived in about 4 days, which was fine. Overall, a solid experience.
